Then follow the two steps to resolve the issue.

1.   Open the CMD prompt with Administrative rights  ( elevated command prompt)
2.   Run the below command    ( xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx  is your Windows 8 Product key )

                slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
